Jimmy 'Ben' Benalcazar, is a member of the Dekalb County Fire Rescue Department in Georgia. He is a certified NPQ 1 & 2 firefighter and is also a Nationally Registered EMT-I. He has taken several classes through F.E.M.A and the Georgia State Fire Academy. He graduated from Hillsborough Community College in Tampa, Florida with an associates degree of Art. Ben is a husband and the father of 3 children. His wife, Lisa, assists him and supports his crusade. He currently lives in Loganville, GA. He currently operates Gear For The Brave out of his home.
